Večeras će se odigrati prve pripremne utakmice u kompleksu Disney Worlda u Orlandu uoči nastavka NBA sezone zakazanog za 30. srpnja pod sloganom #WholeNewGame (sasvim nova igra).
NBA je jučer pustila prisutne predstavnike medija u dvoranu, a neki od njih su objavili videosnimke i fotografije te pokazali u kakvom će se okruženju igrati najbolja košarka na svijetu iduća tri mjeseca.
U skladu s borbom za rasnu jednakost, koja je u NBA ligi iz očitih razloga vrlo zastupljena i važna, na parketima je velikim slovima ispisano Black Lives Matter. Parket je okružen velikim videoekranima, a pretpostavlja se da će se na njima simulirati ambijent koji inače stvara publika.
Klupe za igrače nisu klupe nego obične stolice razmaknute na dovoljnu udaljenost kako bi se poštovala pravila socijalnog distanciranja, piše Index.

Pripremne utakmice igrat će se od 22. do 28. srpnja, a 30. srpnja nastavlja se sezona prekinuta sredinom ožujka. Prvog dana sastat će se Utah Jazz bez Bojana Bogdanovića i New Orleans Pelicansi, a istog dana se igra veliki LA derbi, okršaj dviju ponajbolji NBA momčadi, LA Lakersa i LA Clippersa.
