Danas 21. prosinca 2011. u Općini Široki Brijeg počela je isplata saniranja dijela šteta poljoprivrednim proizvođačima čije je usjeve pogodila vremenska nepogoda – grad 8. lipnja ove godine. Za isplatu štete poljoprivrednim proizvođačima Općina Široki Brijeg izdvojila je 54.764,67 KM, a Županija Zapadnohercegovačka 23.000,00 KM.
Olujno nevrijeme praćeno gradom zahvatilo je Općinu Široki Brijeg u noći 8. na 9. lipnja ove godine uništivši duhan, vinograde, voćnjake i povrtlarske kulture. Nevrijeme je zahvatilo područje Kočerina posebice sela Gornje Mamiće, Kolobarića Dolac, Martinovića Dolac, Pripolje, Mahalu i Ljubotiće i dio područja Blata. Procijenjena šteta je 429.000,00 KM kod 294 poljoprivredna proizvođača.
